Integrated Payroll is based in Traverse City, and most of our work has been built through relationships across Northern Michigan.

We have never relied heavily on traditional marketing. Instead, our growth has come from introductions made by CPAs, advisors, and business owners who trust us to take care of the people they send our way.

That has shaped how we operate.

Because when someone makes that introduction, they are not just recommending a service. They are putting their name behind the experience that follows.

relationships come from

Most of the businesses we work with were introduced to us.

Sometimes it starts with a simple conversation.
“You should give them a call.”

From there, we step in, learn how the business operates, and take responsibility for making sure payroll is handled the right way.

Over time, those relationships tend to stay in place.

Not because of contracts or pressure, but because things are handled consistently and without creating unnecessary friction.

How we approach the work

We focus on doing things the right way.

That means paying attention to details, following through on what needs to be done, and addressing issues before they become problems.
